At ShopGPS, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ShopGPS account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
